I was referred to Vanguard by a friend who has used them for years. I needed a new furnace and A/C and got quotes from three contractors. Vanguard was the best at reviewing my system presenting three different options with pros and cons. They also spent as much time answering questions as I needed.
We ended up going with a furnace/heat pump combination. Their installation went great, including taking the time to explain operation with the new thermostat. They also followed up a couple of times since installation to make sure we were happy and everything was working well.
