We rented tables and chairs for a party. The phone based customer service was excellent and the delivery staff was friendly and prompt. We will be using these guys again for sure. They had the best quality tables and chairs we’ve ever rented and we’ve done this many times in the past with other places.
Our school had a fantastic experience with Party Plus! We rented a large inflatable for our elementary school Daughter and Guest dance. The team arrived on time and they went above and beyond to correct an error in our order and arrange for item pick up. We needed to rent an outdoor heater for a work event on Saturday. It was very easy to put together and we received easy instructions on how to get it working once we got it home. After trying several times and not getting it to work we called for help. They actually came out to see if they could get it started and when they couldn’t, the young man said he brought another heater just in case! That is service! He got it going and the event went on and everyone loved the heater!! I didn’t ask the young man’s name but Sam is listed on my receipt. Thank you Sam and Party Plus for making our event happen!!!
