We needed to rent an outdoor heater for a work event on Saturday. It was very easy to put together and we received easy instructions on how to get it working once we got it home. After trying several times and not getting it to work we called for help. They actually came out to see if they could get it started and when they couldn’t, the young man said he brought another heater just in case! That is service! He got it going and the event went on and everyone loved the heater!! I didn’t ask the young man’s name but Sam is listed on my receipt. Thank you Sam and Party Plus for making our event happen!!!
We rented plates, glasses, cutlery, pipe & drape, table clothes, napkins, pitchers, a high chair, and large water dispenser from here for our wedding and we are so glad we did!! Not only was everything we picked up perfect for what we needed! But everyone at Party Plus was helpful and kind every time I called them to change something or ask a questions.. which was a lot! Marcus and Sam were so nice and sweet! They answered all my questions and updated my contract every time I made a change which really helped me keep track of things. It started with a tent rental for our hundred person wedding that turned into 150 person wedding. They came out, surveyed the property recommended equipment, etc. etc. etc. they set up the massive tent required the Dancefloor the lights and allowed many many modifications. The next day their crew was here promptly to disassemble on Sunday of Labor Day weekend working hard for a couple of hours to take down what they put up and haul it away. What a wonderful company what wonderful employees they have. We sincerely appreciate them, and doing business with them.
