I really liked Mikala and how she did my hair! I have very thick coarse long hair and she helped me find the right part, bang shape and deep conditioning treatment! only one woman working there at a time, so be patient and leave voicemails :)
I purchased a Groupon deal that included haircut, deep conditioning, and a blow dry. I asked for an A-line bob that passed my shoulders. The teacher and student were both friendly and they made sure that what they were doing was okay with me everytime. After a 10-min deep conditioning, 4 hair products, and 2.5 hours of cutting and blow-drying later, the results were AMAZING! I wasn't expecting to be there so long, but I also wasn't expecting such a quality haircut for the price. My asian hair is so thick, and I didn't think they could pull it off, but it came out better than expected. I'll definitely be coming back for future haircuts and perhaps coloring.
