Wow is what I would say about my experience with Marisue, the owner of Bouquets, Baskets and Balloons. I called her from out of state and asked for a custom plant arrangement, as the prior florist had failed me and she, after consulting with me, personally picked out all the individual plants nested in their own pots, within a natural colored basket, with some accent flowers and put together a magnificent arrangement that blew all of us away! She even personally delivered it! I would highly recommend her to everyone!
I called on a Monday morning to see if birthday flowers could be delivered to a Palatine address that afternoon. Mary Sue assured me they could. She was a delight to work with and a beautiful arrangement was delivered 6 hours later. I am so pleased and I can’t recommend them enough!
We ordered a corsage for my sister’s prom very last minute (only an hour and a half until we needed it) and she did an amazing job and delivered it right on time! All I mentioned is that the dress is lavender, and she made one that looks amazing and complements the dress far better than we could have ever asked for. I highly recommend her work!
