I have been going to Barb for making me beautiful for 31 years. She started cutting and styling my hair all those many years ago and followed her in her career and then established her own salon at Arete on Bothwell Ave., in Palatine and she and her staff are always courteous and helpful and I leave there feeling rested and beautiful with a hair cut and style too. When I was younger had some coloring to hair and now at my older age of 87 just let my silver tresses do their job. Barbara always does a great trim/cut or whatever you need and is a great colorist and stylist too. She has many stylist in her shop and all do great work.
