This is our third time having Ben with Ancient Services come out to reset our dishwasher. The time before that was for our microwave and another time for our refrigerator. He really knows what he is doing and we have been very happy with the repairs.
I could not have had a better experience with the technician, Tom , coming to repair my dryer. Tom was timely, professional, respectful and was happy to explain the process he was going through to diagnose the issue with why my dryer wasn't heating properly. I like to ask a lot of questions so i can understand how these appliances work and he patiently responded so I could learn. This whole process was through my home warranty company (American Home Shield) who I have had issues with in the past.
