I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was told by another repair guy that the furnace needed a part and that he couldn’t get to it for a week. Called them and they came out same day and had the issue fixed very quickly with no part necessary. They stayed and made sure the heat was kicking on and the repair guys were incredibly nice. Honestly I’m so glad I went with this company, so I know who to call for anything in the future!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Called and they came out same day - diagnosed and fixed the issue and now I have heat on this cold day! I cannot express in words how grateful we are to have contacted them! The repair guy even apologized for walking on our floor with boots that got dirty in our basement! I won’t use any other company in the future. Another place told us that there was a defective part and that they couldn’t replace it for a week. This company came and fixed the problem quickly and made sure that they had it fixed before they left.

I would highly recommend Starved Rock Heating and Cooling to anyone needing Furnace or AC repairs. They were able to send 2 of their techs out on the day we called, and Paul & Ian were both courteous and professional. It was towards the end of their workday when they made it to our residence, and they wasted no time in diagnosing and fixing the issue that we were having with neither the furnace or AC kicking on(was not the thermostat like we assumed).
