Absolutely outstanding service. AC stopped working on a hot and humid weekend. Offered to walk us through a few things, send him some photos to look at, and once he looked through the possible issues. Told us what to pickup and replace. Never had to come out or make us pay for anything aside from parts. Very helpful!
Erik is absolutely phenomenal and we will not be looking anywhere else for our HVAC needs! Our AC unit randomly stopped working one day and we came home to an 88 degree house during the hottest week of the year! From first contact to finish our AC unit was back up and running within 12 hours! Erik was a god send, kept open communication, and was here to help at record emergency speed! He also taught us some simple maintenance techniques to ensure our system kept running optimally. Would not look anywhere else!!
