Brenton, was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. We appreciated the time and effort he put into our home inspection. His report was VERY thorough. He was also considerate of our time and worked with us to get our inspection done promptly. After our inspection he followed up with us to be sure we fully understood everything he found and to answer any questions. We would recommended him to anyone!

We had Brent do our inspection before closing on a new to us home. The setup process was easy! He contacted the current owners to setup a time, kept me in the loop on how long it should take and even did a walk through with me to go over his findings. The software he uses to break down his inspection was easily navigated with tabs for each part of the home. Brent also takes photos/videos that show his findings as well as suggestions on corrections. The photos and videos make scheduling repairs easy. We will use Alpha Home and Building Inspections in the future as it was a good piece of mind when buying a new home.
