Our very old kitchen floor needed to be replace. We contacted Nick at 5 Star Floor & More. We decided to give them the business. The entire order and installation was flawless and very professional. Nick asked if I what part I wanted to do. My reply, “Nothing”. Hernando and his installation crew removed all the edge molding and appliances. They removed all the molding without breaking a single piece and put it all back when finished, along with all appliances. Absolutely perfect from start to finish.
Hernando and his team were efficient, detail oriented and respectful of us and our home. The LVT looks great in the kitchen and dining area and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come. Sales and scheduling also were handled smoothly by Dave from first look through job completion. Recommend!
My laminate flooring is coming apart in several areas after less than a year since installation. We have contacted them several times with no luck. They state they will come out, but never do so.
UPDATE: They have fixed my flooring, looks wonderful!! We think it was the flooring & NOT the installation. They took care of us as customers who have used this business & from previous owners in the past. Friendly & courteous.
