Dogs leave the facility happy and tired, having had a wonderful time interacting with others. The Pets' Home allows dogs to walk freely in supervised areas, ensuring their safety while they have tons of fun. Owners often pick up sleepy puppies at the end of the day, exhausted from running around and playing. The love and care from the staff truly shine through, making it a place where dogs feel comfortable and loved. The facility also offers different sleeping options and special activities, like Ice cream day in July, which dogs really enjoy. The Pets' Home has become a second home for many dogs, and it is highly recommended for both daycare and boarding needs.
So many good things to say here! My Yorkies had the best time while I was away. When I came to pick them up, I could see they would have been just as happy staying with Ms. Laura as they would coming home with me. I can give no higher praise!! My Sophie is the smartest and most attached to me of the bunch. If she says it great, that's good enough for me!!
We’ve been bringing our 1- year-old German Shepherd to Pets Home in Oswego for about a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very start, the entire team has been absolutely wonderful. Laura, the owner, is fantastic- so caring and attentive-and the rest of the staff are equally amazing. The facility is always spotless and well maintained, and I really appreciate how much thought they put into keeping it clean and safe. Our pup absolutely loves his time there, especially splashing around in the kiddie pools! It’s clear he’s not just being watched-he’s being cared for and loved.
