I ordered the Pil-O-Splint® Elbow Supports - Standard (Forearm Circumference: up to 11") for my tennis elbow and ulna tunnel issues. I never received the item, I never received any tracking or shipping information via the Shop app, nor the seller, and I emailed the seller several times with no reply. I inevitably had to contact PayPal and apply for a refund. It's too bad I that I cannot give them less than 1 star.

Similar experience to Taneka's.Ordered a product and paid w/Paypal. Waited a week before emailing the company for a shipping status. No response so cancelled my order another week later. Emailed the Co. telling them of my cancelled order and if they had any response. This review is just over 3 weeks from my initial order and I have never heard from them and my one attempt to call them went right to V.mail.

This site is a scam. I purchased their cramers red hot ointment and I never received it, I left emails inquiring about my order and never received a response. It's been a week since my order and I still haven't received a shipping notification or any indication on when I'll be receiving my order. I'll definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB about their shady business practices.
