Thank you to Ian and Robbie for repairing a complicated issue with my furnace. They spent much time with Carrier tech support to diagnose the issue and make sure the system was working as designed before leaving. Both were very friendly and professional. Another great job. Great communication from tech and company. Tech arrived earlier than appointment time which was great. He checked everything over. Explained everything that he found and gave estimates of what would need to be done. Repair was done promptly as parts were on his truck.
