I have been to this location a few times now I like the facials better than the massages. Amanda was great I had her for my last service. I usually don’t care about who I get just as long as I get my service done, but I’m excited to book my next facial with Amanda.
Great customer service! When I check in for my appointment, they are always pleasant. There was a mistake with my billing and although the receptionist was not able to fix the issue, she inputted information for the manager to respond to. Manager responded the next day and was able to fix the issue. I truly appreciated the quick response. And I’m hesitant to give my masseuse a shout out because she may get more booked up than she already is, lol, but Martha T is by far the best masseuse I’ve had. Give her a try and you won’t be disappointed.
I went to the Oswego location for the first time yesterday. Everyone was really nice. I had Tanya as my therapist and she was amazing! My neck and shoulders feel so much better. I definitely will be back!
