We chatted about who I ordered the arrangement for, agreed on the substitutions, agreed that she had total artistic freedom, and voila! Just about an hour later, she called me to ask if I had received the pictures of the finished product via text and I couldn't be happier! It is absolutely stunning! Her customer service is stellar and her variation of the original selection turned out to be 100 times better of what I originally chose.
