Energy Solutions is very reliable and honest. Our heater wasn’t working so we reached out to Tom. We explained the situation to him. He informed us that it sounded like a small problem, and to save us the money, he walked us through it over the phone, which only took a few minutes. We appreciate his honesty and knowledge regarding our situation.
Evan and Ethan called 15 minutes before arrival, showed up 5 minutes early, dressed professionally and prepared to work. We complain about our young people not taking responsibility for themselves, well here are two that are. Tom, the boss, is running a good company and is teaching his people well. Recommend highly.
Had a great experience. I had to make an Emergency call when my heat shut off. Luckily enough energy solutions was able to come out and assist me. Thomas and Evan where very friendly and understanding! I highly recommend.
