“We just completed a full kitchen remodel and powder room update with BJP. In short, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome which fully met our goal of a modernized kitchen, powder room and entryway (goodbye golden oak).Brian and Stacey started the process by visiting our home to see our space, understand our goals and tastes, and then talk about options against our budget. Pleasantly surprised when they offered different cabinet options to meet different budget comfort levels rather than being strong armed into one solution and price. From there, Stacey poured her heart and soul into the design, which included removing design elements taking up valuable space for cabinets and working cabinets around an unmovable soffit. She ensured every component of the kitchen was placed for optimum usability and flow. Her effort for the perfect kitchen design rivaled that of what we assume she would put into her own kitchen design. Something we appreciated and showed in the final kitchen. Likewise, Brian worked to ensure the design fit the space and that all project components were seamless. He was extremely responsive and quick to address questions or anything that deviated from plans. His efforts lead to the flawless execution of our project. On time, on budget, and of the highest quality. Together they worked to ensure every detail was covered.Brian and Stacey work tirelessly on providing great customer service. Along the way, we felt like the relationship quickly morphed from a traditional contractor/client relationship to more of working with your friends who are really good at design and remodeling. At no point did we ever feel like we were just another project or a steppingstone to their next project, which is something we have felt with other contractors we have used in the past. Their goal of keeping their business at a manageable size serves them (and their customers) well and is reflected in how we were treated, and the focus given to our project.Everyone associated with BJP is professional, quality focused, and punctual. They did what they said they would do.We’re now enjoying our new kitchen and appreciating the placement of every cabinet, drawer, accessory, tile, and appliance. No regrets.
