This establishment is under new ownership. So far this is my second visit since the change. They have subtle changes, such as offering guests water, and a 10% discount. Most of the staff is new. Winnie was the nail tech who gave me a pedicure. While Johnny did my gel x fill-in. Both were veryyy kind, pleasant, and very professional. They even offered some insights on how to maintain my nails at home! I have been coming here for about 3 years. It is hard to gauge a new business after new management. So far I am enjoying the changes and look forward to establishing my continued patronage at what is now known as Urban Nail. Thank you Winnie and Johnny. ☺️

Mixed review because MERY was great but the woman next to her who did my daughter’s pedicure was very rough. Unfortunately she was not wearing a name badge. She caused bleeding in two spots on my daughter’s cuticles. On the side of her big toe there is a significant square shaped gauge. After an hour it was still bleeding through a band aid. We returned to tell them and was offered liquid bandage product (we declined) and told “it will be fine.”

I typically love here for my pedicures and manicures. Lately though I have had rushed service so not happy. Plus explaining things: services requested not understood which is a shame.
