They offer gel refill manicures and pedicures, as well as regular manicures and pedicures. Prices are considered fair for the quality of service. Clients appreciate the relaxing pedicure experience and the salon's beautiful decor. While some note the occasional negative attitude from the receptionist, the overall experience is highly recommended. Many find it to be one of the best nail salons in the area. The salon is spotless, modern, and has a relaxing vibe. Customers are impressed by the friendly and professional staff who make them feel right at home. The technicians take their time to ensure every detail is just right, and customers leave feeling pampered and satisfied. Whether a regular or a first-time visitor, customers are treated like royalty. The manicures and pedicures are flawless, with perfectly shaped and smooth nails, and the polish lasts for weeks without chipping.
This establishment is under new ownership. So far this is my second visit since the change. They have subtle changes, such as offering guests water, and a 10% discount. Most of the staff is new. Winnie was the nail tech who gave me a pedicure. While Johnny did my gel x fill-in. Both were veryyy kind, pleasant, and very professional. They even offered some insights on how to maintain my nails at home! I have been coming here for about 3 years. It is hard to gauge a new business after new management. So far I am enjoying the changes and look forward to establishing my continued patronage at what is now known as Urban Nail. Thank you Winnie and Johnny. ☺️
Mixed review because MERY was great but the woman next to her who did my daughter’s pedicure was very rough. Unfortunately she was not wearing a name badge. She caused bleeding in two spots on my daughter’s cuticles. On the side of her big toe there is a significant square shaped gauge. After an hour it was still bleeding through a band aid. We returned to tell them and was offered liquid bandage product (we declined) and told “it will be fine.”
I typically love here for my pedicures and manicures. Lately though I have had rushed service so not happy. Plus explaining things: services requested not understood which is a shame.
