This hair stylist has poor business ethics and makes up stories. I went to her for quite a while, she now out of the Lockport area. When I reviewed her poorly as she only cut half of my hair as she was talking to a relative who came early for an appointment, she accused me of being racist and calling her repeatedly. I needed her to fix my hair as my Father's memorial service was coming up and she put me off for a week, then canceled appointment she had made and refunded my cash payment for hair cut on a credit card I had used 3 months before. She uses Square for her payments. I called them to complain and they said I had to deal with her. Very disappointing service and frankly she is less than quality in her business practices. Be careful!

I found Stephanie after several hair dressers did what they wanted to my hair, not what I wanted. They told me what I wanted could not be done. Stephanie not only fixed the color and style (to the way I wanted), she offered many suggestions. I am so pleased!! Well worth it!! Thank you Stephanie ?

I cannot say enough fabulous things about Stephanie! I found her on Google after much research, having moved back to the area and in search of an independent hair expert who could do battle with resistant gray…and take my healthy but over-processed locks from stressed to best. Stephanie is amazing! I put myself in her very capable hands, and she made sure I understood her approach and technique every step of the way. She is warm, kind, funny, genuine, and immensely talented. I was extremely impressed by her educator background, and her willingness to make sure I was in agreement and understood what was transpiring throughout the entire process. She is completely transparent about her pricing and wants to make sure her client is completely comfortable from the moment you sit down in her chair. In addition to being a master colorist, she is a precision stylist, and when I say precise – she doesn’t miss a beat and transformed my tired, uneven bixie into sleek and chic. Stephanie is absolutely amazing at what she does. I've been coloring my hair for over 25 years and she's truly the best stylist and colorist I've ever had. Steph takes the time to make sure her clients fully understand the complexities of color mixing, how the color will likely take (versus what you may see in a picture brought in from the internet), and ensuring that you're comfortable with the projected result BEFORE starting. I'm have an incredibly type A personality, but with Stephanie, I've shared what I'm hoping for, and have even just told her "I trust you!" and she's done amazing work. She's the ONLY person I would ever tell to "have fun and do what you think is best!", because she nails it each time.I'll add--- I moved an hour+ away but still drive out to her because she's just that good.Services: Hair coloring

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE ‼️‼️I had VERY LONG HAIR… Grew for 1 1/2 YEARS. Middle of my back!I told STEPHANIE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, and SHOWED Her PICTURES….MANY LAYERS And FEATHERED EDGES.I ALSO TOLD HER I WANTED THE FRONT TO BE3 INCHES “BELOW “ MY COLLER BONE, WHEN IT IS DRY!
