I second what the other low review said about rude on the phone. They refused to do a camera sewer scope as part of a home purchase inspection, some thing that is very normal the business.

Dante of Southtown was subbed in to perform a sewer scope for a home buying inspection by Alpha Home Inspections (who I also highly recommend). He provided great insight and communication while performing the inspection. Also was very helpful with educating us with context, technical knowledge, and general advice.

Today Southtown Plumbing saved the day. Our gas meter was turned off due to a gas leak in a pipe that was not the gas company’s responsibility. I called Southtown and even though they were very busy, they made time to come out and fixed the problem so quickly. For years, they have been our dependable plumbing people. Thanks so much!

We had 2 different plumbers out. 1st said he fixed a toilet leak and made it worse. 2nd wanted to charge 2000 to fix the leak. Called South Town for another opinion Dino saw the problem right away and fixed it. And the price wasn't even close to what the 2nd plumber wanted. I will definitely call South Town again

Have used them several times. Arrives when scheduled and completes the job quickly. Cracked strainer replaced.

Called the office and made an appointment to have a sump replaced and drain unclogged. Eugene came 2 days later. The clog was much worse than anticipated. It was very deep and not easily accessible with standard rooting. However, Eugene knew exactly what to do, and unclogged the drain, and later replaced the sump pump for a good price. Eugene is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. We will definitely use Southtown again for any plumbing problem.
