love my Doctors but very poor answering the phones they need a better system,and when you check in online and get there and check in again,over kill please fix you're phone's so you are not on hold forever

We have been to A LOT of medical appointments lately and dealt with A LOT of medical professionals. Today we had an appointment with Hematology at the Infusion Center. This was hands down the best experience we have had in years. Every single person we came across was not only friendly but also extremely welcoming and empathetic. During such a crazy time in the world it was such a breath of fresh air to not leave an appointment stressed out. You may not have seen it with masks on our faces but we left smiling and we could feel all of your happy faces behind your masks too! Thank you! You are all in the right profession for the right reasons!!
