Polar was excellent to do business with. They scheduled for a repair and checkup of my air conditioner the same day I called! Their Technician SEAN was fantastic. He explained what he was doing and what needed to be repaired. He gave me the cost of the parts and labor. I will not hesitate to call them again if I need to!

This is our 2nd time having Polar out to our home! Our first experience was great! Our furnace went out at 8pm in the middle of winter and a technician was at our home within an hour! Repaired our furnace.
We had them out recently for our AC and the technician diagnosed and replaced a bad capacitor. We had cold air with 20 minutes!
