I'm hoping that by writing this review, I can spare somebody the trauma that I went through trying to heal my acne scars! In the beginning, I had SEVERE deep acne scars. It got so bad that I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my house. I have probably been to every establishment that offers these types of services in the Chicago suburbs. I didn't realize it was such a cut throat industry! I feel like I have been hustled to the extreme! I wish it didn't take me as long as it did to find this establishment. So far, it has been an amazing experience for me.
To start, I had a free consultation with Susan Loomis. She was kind, and calming. I was seeking out this treatment for full body hair removal for the sake of issues I have regarding my comfort in my own skin, related to, and beyond, gender dysphoria/body dysmorphia. I've always hated having hair grow anywhere below my nose, basically. I recently visited the Milan Laser location in Orland Park and was impressed by how clean and welcoming it was, as well as easy to find. My RN, Gladeys, did a fantastic job guiding me through the procedure and explaining each step. She efficiently covered all the spots I paid for. Thank you, Gladeys! ??
Extra tip: if you get waxed you can definitely do this as well. It hurts way less, well at least to me. And it’s less bleeding especially for guys and ladies that have tough hair. Go check them out!
