Was recommended to Dr. Linda after venting about a bad experience with Pets-smart as a first time dog owner. As you know, it’s very easy to confuse and scare first time dog owners that are willing to do anything for their dogs best health & safety. Sometimes, in corporate environments, that entails using that fear to sell and recommend things that the dog doesn’t necessarily need. Dr. Linda is a saint and I feel I’ve hit a gold mine in the vet industry finding her. She is quick and affordable, but also prioritizes safety. My dog is prone to ear infections because of his breed, and I called to get him a refill since it happened again. She asked to come in first to confirm it is the same issue as last time before prescribing the same medicine. I truly appreciated that she wanted to check before giving me it. My dog is only 2 and has been her patient for less than 18 months, but I ensure anyone I know that has a pet has her business card.

Highly recommend Dr Linda Attig and her staff at Orland Small Animal Clinic. Have been taking my cats and dogs here for some 30 years. To the one angry reviewer: If you don't ante up for the proper tests to confirm or refute a diagnosis, especially in an elderly dog or cat, then don't complain when it turns out to be something different than initially thought. Blood tests alone will NOT give you a complete picture of the situation, which can devolve VERY quickly through no fault of the vet. Been there, done that. Don't blame the vet if it's a rapidly progressing disease, which kidney failure can be. Animals can't talk and tell you the issue.

I just put my family's dog down last week. We were going to this vet for months with, what we were told were intestinal issues. Well it got worse and we had to rush him to Premier Animal Hospital. We were there 30 minutes when they came back and told me it was late stage kidney failure and he had a heart issue. Orland Small Animal clinic is a joke. Premier gave our little guy a shot to get him through the weekend . When we walked into Orland Animal clinic to put him down, the reception, old grey hag, says to my aunt "are you sure he's ready". I could have put her through the wall. This place is awful and I would strongly say DON'T EVER GO HERE!

Excellent vet and staff! I’ve been with Dr. Attig for over 40 years. She has treated all my cats and dogs of all sizes from Chihuahuas to Great Danes. Very compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable - best ever!
