I came in today with $2,500 ready to pay for treatment. I am extremely ill and have been looking for medicine to balance my hormones and weight. Alyssa at the front desk was extremely rude and very snappy. I am already under so much stress and to be treated this way in the clinic after an amazing experience with Christina was so unfortunate. I am so disappointed.

I started with Options, November 2024 and I just hit 100 pounds down!!! It took me 364 days! Everyone has been so supportive and I could not be more thankful for my Orland Park family! I have struggled with my weight since I was a child. I can’t recommend Options enough!!

I have been going to this facility since summer of 2024. They have been so kind, supportive, professional and fun in helping me in losing weight. Thirty pounds so far! I go there 1-2x a week and I'm excited to go each week. They are warm, friendly and I enjoy our conversations. They feel like friends and family to me now. Nothing but love and recommendations from me!
