Excellent staff, very satisfied with this location as my doctors office is located on the same campus. It's Northwestern Medicine, wonderful care without having to go downtown. Palos Hospital is close by so win win in my book.

I arrived a little after 8am today and was out before 10am. Shout out to Heather, Nancy, Sheila and Helen. Had xrays and was fitted with a boot. All these ladies were kind and efficient. Have been going there for years and highly recommend.

Fell injuring my hip/backside and had SEVERE hip/leg pain. It appears that Dr. S may have worked at the inner city in the past because he acted like I wanted drugs (which were in my record from a knee replacement). He sarcastically said they had no strong drugs there and if pain was really bad I should go to ER where I could probably get an injection or IV!
Luckily X-ray showed no fracture, not even the arthritis that has been there before. (strange)
It was close to closing so I guess they were crabby wanting to leave.
