My basement was backing up with sewer water which smelled bad. Jeff C. Arrived earlier than the scheduled time which was great I found out main sewer pipes were filled with roots.It took time and several methods to clear he also went in with a camera we found out 30 ft of pipe was was broken separated and needs to be replaced he was very thorough and transparent with videos which was appreciated I will be using this company for the pipe replacement hopefully I will get Jeff again I like his work ethic and mannerism straight to it without all the dilly dally Thank you Jeff for getting us back flowing.
After finding out I had a slab leak I called several plumbers that were not of any assistance. Most of them didn't even know what it was. Then I found Infinity Sewer and Drain company, and I must say Jeff was a God sent!! He is very professional thorough and up front. If you have any plumbing needs I definitely Recommend you hiring Jeff!! He worked with my schedule he worked with my Insurance Company he made what was an unbearable process bearable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Jeff
They replaced our battery backups for our sump pumps and have also replaced our ejector pit pump when it failed! Super fast response time and were able to help same day! Great price and very professional! Will definitely be calling again! Thank you!
