From the first phone call to Illinois Fence, to the end of the installation, it could not have gone any smoother and the installers did a fantastic job. Looks fantastic. Carmen handled everything from beginning to end, permits, Julie coming out to mark the property and calling to let us know they are on their way. The Crew never stopped, very mindful of property, and removed any debris or dirt when finished. And Illinois Fence was significantly less in price than the Big Box store we also contacted. Good luck getting the company on the phone, especially after getting the fence done. The only one that is truly responsive is Jason, he was great to work with.
Now that 20+ split boards needs to be replaced less than a year after getting the fence put in, the office has been making excuses for over 2 months now, almost 3 now for why someone can’t come out and perform warranty work.
I don’t write bad reviews, but patience runs out after hearing excuses for 3 months.
To get the sale, you will get heard right away, however, after installation, all I can say is you’re in for a surprise. Wishing I had gone with someone else now.
Oh and the post holes weren’t even dug to 42in below which is required in our area but I only found that out much after installation.

Working with this company was a pretty smooth process. The problem I have is the quality of the fence. It’s not nearly as sturdy as I would have thought, and it’s not the straightest and most level fence I’ve seen. There are large gaps between the fence and ground in some places too.

Also, it’s been less than six months since we’ve gotten it installed and the gate is already so much off track that we can barely open and close it. We contacted the company and they were pretty much like “meh, we’ll get to it when we get to it.”

We had an aluminum fence installed. Communication was great from start to finish. They handled the permit process. Project completed as scheduled and in one day. Would definitely recommend if looking for a reputable and quality fencing company.

These guys are AWESOME! They got everything installed quickly, the crew were amazing - cleaned everything up when done, you could hardly tell they were there. Everyone is so responsive and friendly and answered all our questions quickly. 10/10 I would HIGHLY recommend!

Everything leading to the installation was fine. The installation itself was okay. However good luck trying to get any service from them after the fact. Initially our gate closed properly, but not long after it stopped doing that. It has to be forced closed, and forced open. Been trying to get them out here for over a month now. Clearly at this point nobody will be coming out. Am also not impressed with the quality of the fence either which was a vinyl.

Professional labor and really try to avoid harming any plants and flowers in your yard during install. This crew worked like a well oiled machine! We just had an entire fence install and our yard does not look the same. What an awesome experience with Illinois Fence Company! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We decided to put up a privacy fence, so we contacted 3 companies for estimates. Nick came out to measure and gave us the estimate quite quickly, and after reviewing the estimates we decided to go with Illinois Fence. We let him know that we wanted to move forward and paid half, got the plat survey to him, and began working on getting the Village Permit. Fence permits take about 20 to 25 days in Bolingbrook, but as soon as we received it, we forwarded it on to Illinois Fence and they set the install date. Illinois Fence took care of contacting JULIE to get the yard marked before digging. The week before the install I contacted them to let them know that JULIE had not come out yet, and they let me know what their process was for these types of situations. Arissa was wonderful to work with, she kept me informed with any hiccups that came up and the install crew was just amazing. I really wish I had their names, but just know they are extremely respectful and did a great job. I would highly recommend Illinois Fence.
