This is such a wonderful gym! They have great options for class times and both Will and Albert are phenomenal! They ensure they know you - i.e. any injuries, limitations, etc. - before your first workout and encourage you during the workouts accordingly. They watch everybody's form and help you be your best. The classes are fun, the place is clean, and the community is the best part. Just go!

I love the F45 in Orland Park! I started two months ago and have seen tremendous results. Will and Albert make you feel like family and then they start working you out. if you want to get a get sweat and be encouraged by a great community then this is the place. Thanks Will and Albert!

Albert, Will, and Sammi are great! This has been a fun and challenging experience! The coaching staff is encouraging and challenges you to be the best version of you. The 5a crew is amazing!
