I’ve been going to Pragna for years and she is truly the best! She’s incredibly precise and always takes her time to make sure my eyebrows are perfect. My boyfriend and I, have been coming here for a few years (3+). It was always like every 6 months or so. We knew they were a bit aggressive/hard when it came to their threading . Like they were in a hurry to get it done. But never had issues.
However recently, we went in and they injured my boyfriend’s eyelid. The lady who did them, was pressuring him and trying to convince him to do Eyebrow Wax, however my BF doesn’t do wax since he is allergic to it. Which he did inform her but she was still trying to pressure him to do .
That was a first time that has happened . And we have seen her before and she has done mine before as well. She was a bit upset...read full review
