I had a very positive experience with Energy Savers. I was initially skeptical because there were promises and deadlines that sounded like they would be very difficult to meet. I had the entire house sided and several windows installed. Despite my concerns, everything was done very well. I know a fair bit about construction, but I have significant vision issues. Nevertheless, I had it inspected by a trusted friend who is a retired builder, and he said the workmanship was of high quality. The siding was uniformly installed with no waves along the long walls. The windows were capped and sealed with a consistency. The installers worked at a swift pace, but did maintained an attention to detail. Throughout the process, the workers were respectful and courteous, and Bill, the owner, was on-site to monitor progress and address any issues, not that there were any of great concern. The entire process was completed in three days. There were several workers going for almost 12 hours each day. The site was left clean, both inside and outside. Additionally, Bill made a couple of good suggestions regarding how the soffits meet/feed into the siding. The suggestions were great because it preserved some of the character/charm of the original appearance of the house. There was one issue with how some HVAC lines were reattached, and it was fixed immediately. As for value, I think you get what you pay for. Although the price was competitive, it was not the cheapest. With that said, overall, this was a positive experience, and I would recommend Energy Savers for siding and windows. Tom

I purchased 6 double hung vinyl windows and had them installed by Energy Savers. Entire process went very well. Windows look nice and work great. I'd recommend them.

Don't make the same mistake I did by using this company.. I did order windows from them.. when they came to install the windows won't fit was too tight.. the installer told me he think they made mistake with the measurements .. he said we have to make a new windows.. but 3 hours later they called me and they said they made them fit now... The same year in winter theu start cracking from the top in the corner... I think what they did they made the casing around the windows smaller so Will fitt.. now they're telling me the only give one year warranty stress on glass.. the owner for this company his name is Bill retired and moved to another state so you cannot solve any issues.. just do yourself a favor don't make the same mistake I did... About my problem his answer was keep your blinds open all the time.. this is not really a real company. It's a trap

They don't help with warranty ,once they get your money,the operator is rude, and hangs up on you. Don't buy from them you'll be sorry. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!

I'm so thrilled with the new siding. It looks beautiful! Energy Savers' quote was very reasonable and there was a quick turnaround with completing the job. The crew cleaned up after completion with no issues. I will be doing business with Energy Savers again in the very near future.

Let me start by saying that Energy Savers definitely knows their windows-when the city told me that I needed a specific type of window for my house to be brought up to code, Energy Savers knew exactly what I needed so that I did not need to worry about all of those specifications. Initially, I was skeptical about moving forward with them as the receptionist was not particularly friendly, however, I am glad that I decided to move forward with the work. Mickey was very friendly and made sure that I knew each step of the process. There was a day in which the workers just did not show up as scheduled, but when they did show up they put in quality windows and cleaned up the work area. In the end, my house passed the final inspection and I am satisfied with their work.

I had my windows replaced in two phases with a price tag over $13K. The company was punctual and the wait time was reasonable during both phases. During phase one installation, a crew was sent to do the install and the job was completed in unbelievable time. Winter came and air was coming through the seals around the windows. I learned that none of the windows were caulked. I called Energy Savers and they responded within a few days to caulk the windows. Phase two which was a year later, only one guy was sent to complete the install. It appears that he did a great job but it was an all day project. I called the company to express dissatisfaction in the time it took for phase two in comparison to phase one. I didn't get satisfactory answers until a lengthy discussion with the owner. Excuses were offered but a resolution was reached. I promised to write a review and here it is. The hardware on phase one is slightly different from phase two but that's ok. I actually like the hardware better on the phase two windows. So far, I am satisfied with the windows but time will tell.
