We have been using Brightstar care and from the beginning, we have had a great experience. It started with Sandy in the office who outlined everything we needed to know and then picked up with Jill and Leslie who do the scheduling.
They are wonderful with last minute requests to change hours due to doctors appointments and have done an excellent job with finding a replacement when our private caregiver was unavailable.
Working with an agency gives you such peace of mind in knowing that there will be a quality caregiver in place to help with your loved ones.

I was very pleased with the service and the quality of home care workers that BrightStar Care of Orland Park provided. Kathy is an extremely caring woman who was genuine in her approach with us, and Bryan and the staff in the office were quick to address any concerns we had throughout the process.

Caring for our elderly family member is so much better with the staff at BrightStar. Having nursing staff who not only take their time with the medical task, but also take time with our family member is important to us. They take care to put our family member at ease. Also, If something is out of place or a possible issue, they let us know. Having an extra set of eyes on our family member is a safety asset for the times we can't visit. Another plus is the office staff. They are always quick to respond and to help with the extra needs we have had. I highly recommend BrightStar Care.
