Old vanity was rotting at the base and the whole thing had to go. they came out to measure, sent options over that night, and we picked without a showroom trip. Install was an hour once the plumbing was disconnected. Counter sits level
and there's no gap where it meets the wall.
we noticed a slow leak under the master bath vanity that turned out to be way more than just the plumbing. subfloor was soft, drywall had mildew behind it. got three quotes from different remodelers in Orland Park and BMM was the one who actually explained what they would do step by step. they pulled the vanity, replaced the bad subfloor section, treated and redid the drywall, put in a new vanity and floor tile. bathroom is solid again, no smell
needed to find a remodeler back in spring and BMM was one of like five companies we got quotes from. their guy came out, measured everything, asked what we actually used the kitchen for, which none of the others really did. quote came back a couple days later and it was fair, not the cheapest but not the highest either. once we signed they gave us a start date and actually hit it. demo was loud obviously but they kept the rest of the house pretty sealed off with plastic. project was kitchen plus the small bath off the hallway. took about five weeks total which was close to what they said. the manager texted updates pretty much daily which I liked. small punch list stuff… read full review
