I apologize for the length of this review, but the info is necessary. If I were reviewing the sales and installation process, I would have given them 5 stars.
However the communation/project management was sub par.
Our project started 6 weeks later than originally scheduled. Two days before install date, we were told the vanity we selected was not available, and that it would be another 6 weeks to get the vanity we wanted. We were given the choice of selecting another vanity but declined.
We never received a plan (we were told we would get a schedule, but never got it).

The workers were awesome I couldn’t believe the great work they did very efficient and hard working they went above and beyond the amount of work they did in 4 days I would recommend them to anyone I wish i could remember their names
They provided a wrong start date and then no called no showed. I had to call them multiple times as I was hung up on and then told that they rescheduled it to the next week. This caused major inconvenience for plans to stay elsewhere for the job.They never once reached out to me, I had to call and follow up every time. The only time they called me is to ask for payment. As part of the contract, they broke the payments down to partial pay before start, partial pay at start and then final payment at sign off that everything completed. They were pressuring me to pay the final payment while they were still resolving issues. They did not give me any copies of the contract....read full review
