Bill Hickey (RIP) was not only kind, smart, and caring he was trustworthy, honest and faithful. He will be missed. He helped me when I had just come out of a homeless shelter and had won some money. Our mutual friend, whom I won't mention introduced me to this fine man. He helped me freely to invest and have a good retirement some day.
