I can’t say enough good things about Back in Action. I pulled a muscle in my back so badly that even taking a deep breath was painful. I tried everything—muscle relaxers, Tylenol, Motrin, even stronger pain meds—and nothing touched the pain. I was miserable.
By day three, I finally decided to go in, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment she started working on me, I felt relief almost instantly. I honestly couldn’t believe it. She used a combination of acupuncture, heat therapy, and stretching, and it made a huge difference right away.
