I had water in my basement every time it rains from three cracks in my foundation. Steve with American Crawl Space in conjunction with Area Wide Waterproofing came through and fixed all three cracks in the winter before this incredibly wet season we've had. I have had no issue with water seepage since and they fixed it for a very reasonable price. Plus Steve is a great guy

He is a very kind and trustworthy person and was available from start to finish making sure this job was done as planned. A detailed drawing and estimate of the exact work to be done was emailed to me snd Steve addressed all questions that I had. The job was done in a timely manner and Hector and his crew were very respectful of my property and they even cleaned my crawlspace when the job was done and left it spotless.
