I paid 1100 USD to have a sump pump backup installed. Three months later, the battery failed. They didn't answer phone calls or messages... It's both expensive and they never follow up on the work they do. Stay away.

Rob is a stand up guy. I called him after we had some water issues in our basement. He injected the crack and problem was fixed. He was high quality and the best price by far from all the quotes. The following year we needed new drain tile put in due to hydrostatic lifting (unrelated to the previous). Rob came in beyond 10k cheaper than all the normal companies. Knowing he does quality work and stands by it, we obviously went with him. His crew is reliable and simply nice guys. Left the place clean and their approach to the work saved me thousands in additional repair during the basement remodel. I can't say enough how happy I am and how easy it is to recommend him.

I called on a Monday morning and Rob was able to come right out to look at water damage in our garage. They came back a couple days later to repair the problem on the outside wall. They did a nice professional job and the price was reasonable

Awesome. Is Rob a warm and fuzzy guy? Does he always communicate in 2 seconds? Is he a little rough around the edges? BUT does he hire quality teams and get the job done? Absolutely. We loved our experience. He respected our time and our home. He did a French drain and sump pump in our 130 year old basement . Lots of challenges. The team worked and troubleshooted until the job was done. Came back when a leak sprung randomly and fixed it on the spot. Rob knows basements. No bs. No long sales pitch. Just great work until the basement is dry.

Work done on 11/19/2017. No heavy rain in my area until Feb. 2018. I noticed water in area which was supposely repaired in Nov. I called company and reported such to them. They said that someone would be be out to inspect area. It has been OVER 2 weeks with one coming out.

BEWARE! Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were hired to waterproof my basement. The sump pump stopped working. The pipe to the pump broke. My basement still flooded. They used faulty equipment and improperly installed the work. After several calls and emails, the owner refuses to rectify the situation. I received an estimate from another company and they will have to completely redo the job to correct the issue. Still no word from this company. Don't use them. You've been warned. They are horrible. Absolutely, horrible! Unfortunately, I have to give a star to post. However, they deserve ZERO STARS!
