Had a facial by Emily J. today. Emily did a fabulous job of explaining everything and the facial was wonderful. It was an exceptional experience from the moment I walked in the door.

Inna has been doing my facials and she is the best. She gave me the best recommandations for what products to use. My skin has never been this clear. All the other employees are very polite! Highly recommend coming here.

I have been coming for 6 months and getting the luxury facials with Jillian. My skin is sooo much better and Jillian makes me so comfortable I occasionally fall asleep! She never leaves the room to work on someone else, I have all her attention. She listens to my concerns and comes up with a plan to handle whatever it is. Jillian is a gem! I just wish the room was a little more soundproof. Last time someone was in a office close by and I could her conversation for at least 40 minutes. I kinda killed the spa vibe. Minor inconvenience that won't make me look elsewhere.
