I don't like leaving my usual urgent care, but I was in a bind and in the area so I decided to try this one out. What a pleasant surprise it was! Leslie (sp) at the front desk was so sweet and super helpful! All the the nurses were just as nice as could be and helped me get in and out in a timely manner. The building is a little intimidating, I saw a full parking lot and was afraid I would be in there forever, but apparently there is a lot in that building so the wait for urgent care wasn't bad. 5 stars!

Everything about my experience was great the receptionist was very kind, the nurses including Shelby and another nurse, the radiology tech, and Dr. Perez were all wonderful. The whole visit was quick and time efficient and I really appreciated everyone’s kindness and aid to get my fractured foot fixed up. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone it was the best healthcare experience I’ve had.

I was a little nervous because of the reviews, but overall I’d say it was a good experience.. the reception was nice and helpful. The computer wasn’t accepting my insurance the first time and she took the time to figure out why that was... the doctor, I believe her name was Dawn, was great also! She made the whole interaction comfortable like I was talking to a friend and honestly made me laugh (which is good for the reason I was there) I appreciate when bedside manner isn’t so “serious”.
