I went to this urgent care instead of the Er, because it wasn’t a true emergency, NP Esmeralda and her team was great. It was a Bit of a wait , but that’s to be expected I wasn’t the only patient. But they kept me informed which made a difference. I feel like she was very thorough and asked lots of questions. I was prescribed some meds and discharged. Overall I’ll definitely visit this location for my non urgent needs again. Facility was clean, registration was helpful. When you can’t get in to see your regular primary care doctor. Urgent care will be my go to of if I can’t wait

This review is based on my first experience with Advocate’s Immediate Care, and it was my second urgent care I visited for the day. The wait time was very long, they were extremely busy on a snowy Wednesday, but the receptionist was very kind and thorough, the medical assistant was the same, and the provider I saw (Esmeralda Zamora) was so extremely kind and apologized for the crazy long wait time. But she listened to me and was very thorough with her examination and even went to ask advice from other providers just to be sure I was diagnosed correctly. This was the first time I have ever used the Urgent Care facility, tho we have been with Advocate Aurora for a long time. It was easy, efficient and timely. The staff and the doctor were all very good and quickly addressed the problem I had. I recommend them if you need to see someone quickly, but don't need an emergency room.
