High praise for this Pets Hotel. First, the good, these are dog people! They love the animals like they are their own even if they are only staying one day. I always get extra perks and love receiving the photos of my dog receiving private story time. Also, one play session, my dog had a seizure and I sincerely appreciated the care and attention the staff showed our dog and us. They are trustworthy and good! My one critique is that sometimes PetSmart fills the hotel to capacity and when they are heavily busy or understaffed, my dog has not received the perks I scheduled. Love love love this place! I've been working in the PetsHotel for almost 3 years. PetSmart has the best selection of pet products for dogs, cats, fish, birds, and small animals. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Doggie day camp and individual play times are lots of fun for the dogs! Plenty of pets and treats to go around! The people in the PetsHotel are so kind and positive. The best place to work, and to be a pet parent at.

I only stop in here on "emergency" basis for my pet when I'm critically low on food. They had what I needed in stock, but had to wait for the associate (and possibly a manager) finish their conversation before being helped at the register.
