First time here. Dawn set up an appointment for me with Maria. Maria was excellent. One of the best haircuts I have had. She was very efficient and nice! This place has a positive vibe, yes even for a haircut! Everyone was friendly including other customers. FYI APPOINTMENT ONLY. Will definitely go here when in town! Also senior rate too.

Seriously a 10/10 experience, the wash/condition was heavenly all the tingles, a deep scalp massage and the minty, almost medicinal scent of the conditioner made me feel like a lot of good was being done to my locs. I got interlocked, De'Vanna was very tender and took her time.
Very friendly and affordable service. Service dept was very helpful and helped me after normal business hours and weekends. They helped get me approval with my hard to deal with HOA and got me faster responses from them as well. We only wanted a screen door, but our installer was professional and took care in the project. And if you ever lived in a town home, you know things don’t always live up to standard measurements. Extra steps and mods needed to fit, but he worked out a good solution that made it work and fit just right.

You can bring a hairstyle to her to execute and more often than not, it looks better than the picture because she customizes it to fit you and your hair texture. If a style cant be done, Crystal is honest about that too. She is an expert in her field, is flexible within reason, does quality work, is attentive to detail, and has great rapport with her clients.
