I have always made my appointments here.Have no issues with doctors or Staff.I defenitely recommend this place ?? my kids absolutely love going to the eye doctor and picking their own glasses. They also have a variety of glasses ❤️ Love it !
Dr. Qtami and staff are very professional and helpful. Very patient and thorough with the eye exams and excellent at explaining my childrens' prescriptions and diagnoses. A 5 star experience from start to finish. I highly reccommend.
My experience today with the staff and Dr. Qtami was way better than I had anticipated! A customer service representative from my insurance company recommended that I give them a try because my prescription is such a high index. She understood my plight with the insurance company covering very little of the cost because of the high index prescription. So, I ventured over and had an eye exam. The eye exam was $59 out of pocket. It would be free if my insurance were accepted at Walmart but apparently not. That was a small price for the great service that I received. Doctor Qtami was very informative and answered questions that I had about cataracts, PVD and other vitreous eye concerns. He is the first optometrist in 3 years to give a helpful prescription for my left eye and not settle for giving a balance prescription that does nothing to strengthen the eye, nor helps with night driving. So, kudos to you Dr. Qtami! How did he do it? In addition to the machine for testing vision he pulled out a classic ocular lense kit and had me hold different strength lenses up with the machine to get better acuity. Better vision is always a 5 start result in my book! Oh, the reception staff was helpful and friendly. No rude snappy comments or sassy looks, just good service! You can take your own frames and get new lenses put in, a practice that is frowned upon when I use my insurance in network locations. So, I was happy to pay out if pocket... Saving almost $100 from using the insurance plan in the past. Dr. Qtami also explained that he did not work for Walmart, rather his business is private practice in a Walmart store, which I did not understand previously. I told him to let need know if he decides to leave. He replied, "I'm not going anywhere, God put me here". From there he shared his story of how he came to this location and his plan to serve the community, beyond expected basic eye care. Again, kudos to you Dr. Qtami!
