“We recently had a leak in our private lateral (sewer pipe) that connected to the city sewer system. I contacted our usual plumber who, unfortunately, couldn't help us at the time due to several outside factors but did recommend Ochs Plumbing.

Cecil came out to assess the issue, provided an initial assessment and after I approved the work he began managing what became a bit of a project with all the players that would have to participate in remedying the issue.

Ultimately, we found that the city had accidentally bored through the lateral last year when they were out fixing a water line and that it took a year for the signs to finally appear. As a result, they picked up the tab for the repairs (thank you city of Olney).

The process took a couple of weeks during which Cecil and team managed working with the city, two fiber optic utilities and their own team across multiple activities. Cecil kept me up to date on status throughout the project, answering any of my questions and guiding my understanding of how these types of things work and are resolved.

I felt like Cecil had my best interests at heart the entire time and was wonderful to work with. And I now believe all doctors should learn bedside manner from Cecil. Seriously though, he was a joy to work with, provided top notch service the entire time and I couldn't recommend Ochs Plumbing enough to anyone who has plumbing needs.“
