“I am so impressed with the service from SR Meny! Our HVAC unit went out on one of the year's hottest days. Nicole assured me Steve would be out to service our unit today and figure out what was wrong. Steve arrived around noon and did troubleshooting for about 5 minutes, and immediately figured out the problem. The fan motor went out on our new unit. He called and is having one overnighted and will be back tomorrow to replace it. He could have said well, it will be a hot night. But he had a “generic” one he put in for the night until ours arrived. I can’t say enough how great they have been to work with! They are a work-class company, and they are the definition of excellent customer service!Service: HVAC system repair“

“My AC went out on a weekend and they were there by 8:30am Monday morning. They are the friendliest, most thorough crew and they do a great job. My house was 86 for a few days and Tim made sure my new unit was working and cooling down before he left. He stayed until almost 5pm the first day then returned early the next morning to finish and clean up. I can't recommend them highly enough!!“
