The staff was courteous, thoughtful, helpful, and kind from the first visit until after the service for my mom I can’t think of anything more that they need to do to improve their service. They made the process go smoothly for myself and my family and provided us with thank you notes and everything we needed.They even Sent me a link for help with grief.

Every question was answered, truthfully, every person we came in contact with,( from the team who came to take our loved one into their care, to the very end...) was kind, and empathetic, yet, knew how to smile and laugh along with us!!! Life is hard..so is death, but find you a funeral director and staff who will not only cry, but laugh with you too...the whole enchilada!!

At a time when you need help and advice, Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home’s services were very accommodating and considerate. Cannot say enough positive things about them. Would highly recommend them in your time of need.
