work was great. everything looks great. we are happy with everything. BUT warning to people getting loans to get remodeling done. brian was great to work with. i would actually recommend brian to anyone that isn't extremely low income and has to get a government or regular loan for the work that the estimate is for. we had to get a 3rd mortgage with the government in order to do this. got a surprise bill for $390 from their electrician 2 days ago after everything was done. when i asked brian about installing lights we had already bought years ago then was told before installed outside garage lights would be about $90 and that we would pay Brian that after the electrician...read full review
