Can't recall how many times I went to get my haircut from Denny. I would hangout sweep the hair up for candy an soda an a free haircut at end of week. I still go 20 years later as they just are the best. The stories they talk about the enjoyment of walking in to an old school barbershop. It honestly reminds me of a old movie were the guys all hang at the barber shop

As always a great haircut at an unbelievably low price! Denny Sr. And Jr are the best darn Barbers in the whole Illinois Valley if not state! They always make everyone feel so welcome and their jokes and stories are so entertaining I always laugh and leave quite well informed and entertained! I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever, and I bring my son here to get his haircuts, making it four generations of Gress’ getting their haircuts by Franklin Barber shop!!
